Quarter 1 Awards Assembly and Ed Hardy! Thursday, Dec 18 2008
Awards Assembly 8:10 am
We had a wonderful assembly to honor outstanding academic performance for Quarter 1. The assembly was sponsored by Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier and included a guest appearance from Kim Kardashian. Our top 3 students with 4.0 averages received clothing, skateboards, and Macbooks! Furthermore, out top 6 students all received extra clothing and skateboards. Every student received a gift bag that included two shirts, a hat, a belt buckle, a beanie, and socks! Christian Audigier helped us show the students that hard work and getting good grades does pay off and does have benefits! Animo Locke II sincerely thanks everyone involved! We are entering our 15th week of school as we near Winter Break. A reminder to students, keep in mind what we discussed at our school wide assembly. We want to keep our behavior on point. Many classes will have tests and quizzes this week, so it is very important to stay focused!
